Can anyone help me with an estimate as to how much this gun is worth and any history on it! Thank you!

  Your Model 55 was manufactured August 13th, 1925. It is a Take Down frame.
  
  The collector value will be predicated on the graded condition, and in order to determine that, I will need to see a series of clear pictures of both sides of the receiver frame, and all of the markings on the barrel and receiver (the proof marks on the frame and barrel).
