Silencer for Glock 9X19

I know I can buy the threaded barrels for my 9x19 on here, but I'm wondering what I have to do to legally obtain a silencer. I have my carry conceal license here in Kentucky. Does anyone have any direction for me or at least somewhere that I can find the information of what to do?
