difference between nylon 77 and 10C mohawk

I have had the 10C for many years, it belonged to my dad. What differences are there and are the mags the same for these rifles? The mag is very loose in my rifle, anyone have a quick fix for this? Thanks.

  According to information at the Remington Society forum, they are the same except one is 5 round and the other 10 round.
