Pre '64 Winchester Model 12 NIB
I own a pre '64 Winchester Model 12 field grade 16 ga, full choke, new in box, never assembled, never fired that my fater sold to a dealer in the early 1960's. He bought it from the dealer in 1965. Any idea on the value

Easily a 1200 dollar gun. It seems, however, with Model 12 Field Grades in 16 gauge, the more open the choke is, the higher the value goes. I saw a 1956 field grade 16 gauge with a 26 inch barrel and imp/cyl choke in 99% condition listed for 1495 dollars. Being NIB and unassembled is an awesome find in whatever choke the barrel is though. 0 -

yes easily over $1000. But take the money invest it, or keep the gun, check in 3 years later....model 12 will be worth $1800,better return than gold, plus you can take it out from time to time and look at it, appreciate it, show it to a fellow shooter. Who wants to look at numbers on a CD bank book. Think about it they don't make em any more, yours is new. If you sell or advice try
