I find lots of BP ammo for these guns, but in all cases, the primers are dead and they have to be broken down and reprimed. It's to much messing around to be practicle. The 45 LC are no problem to load, but the others are hard to find the correct bullet mold.

Yeah!I have no problem reloading the 45 lc.and do have dies for the .32S&W.Lead bullets are a problem for the 32.I just thought someone out somewhere loaded 32 and 38 S&W.I was able to find .22 cal rf Velodog loaded and 41rf.and .38lc in bp.Just hoping that there out there somewhere.Would hate to pull 32's and replace the smokeless powder with bp.

I can tell you little about a piece of machinery that I can not see, touch, test, taste, measure, or fire. Even if you were to send me a complete description of your gun giving each and every single important detail, measurement, and test result you would - by definition - be qualified to render your own judgment on the matter. My standard advice is to take your gun to your local gunsmith and have it checked out and - if he concurs - go ahead and shoot it with moderate black powder loads. If you live in a country that has a Proof Law then submit it for proof and see if it comes back in one piece.
