Weatherby 12ga --what model????

Just looked at the shotgun to help identify and give value for a friend. Only thing I could see stamped is Weatherby 12GA 21 on the side of the vented rib over/under barrel. Receiver was silver with engraving all over. End of barrel had 154 RO4109 stamped on it. Any way to know the model from this or where else do I find it. Don't have the shotgun to look at right now though. Anybody help?? Thanks.

  Usually under the forearm there will be some markings. Someone on Doublegunshop.com might know.
