6mm brx ammo

what is a good load and where/whom can i get it? i am thinking of purchasing an f-class 6mm brx chambered savage based rifle.

    Lapua and Norma are the only two factory loadings right now that I know of. Remington, in their infinite "wisdom of all wisdom" in the gun world, invented the round but didn't make any cartridges for it.

    Several distributors carry them. You just have to keep looking on the internet.

    Sorry about that, I was thinking Savage rifle in 6mmBR which is either a Remington or Norma. The 6 BRX as nn describes would give you excess headspacing...therefore dangerous. You would have to make your own.

    The 6mm BRX is a wildcat cartridge and is not available as loaded ammunition. There is however quite a bit of load data floating around on some of the benchrest websites. If I get a few more minutes I'll try to scare some up. Otherwise use a good search engine.
