EFK Dragon or Storm Lake

i got a question for anyone who is willing to answer this, which one is the better barrel of the 2 EFK DRAGON OR STORM LAKE, or is there another barrel thats better than them. looking to update my springfield xd 45acp 4in' service model

  There's also Bar-Sto barrels. Don't know if they would be any better than EFK or Storm Lake. Just another choice.
