RCBS came through
I sent my tumbler in for repair/replacement about 2 weeks ago. New one showed up today. Had it about two years, light use by my account. Getting caught up on cleaning now. I am out shipping one way but I wasn't sure how they would stand behind their electric products. Good deal, all is good.
On a side note, besides corn cob media. Do any of you use cleaning agent. I have a friend that swears by Dillion polish. I'm just finishing some pretreated media that was giving to me.

i got in 1000pcs of miliary 308 brass that even after being tumbled for a while with tuff nut media was clean but still very stained and dingy looking. i put some corn cob media in it with some cabelas brand polish and man did those things get shiny. 0 -
I treat my media with Kit Scratch Out that I get at Wally World. It's a lot cheaper than Dillon's and works just as good. 0 -
I use ISSO polish, works good. 0 -
Just started using the Dillon stuff, seems to work great. 0
