Remington sps varmint ?
Was wondering what the accuracy was like with the sps varmint in 243 or other calibers. thanks

I have the 243 with the 26" tapered heavy barrel. For the money, it's a very accurate rifle. At 100 yards, I've shot several 10 round groups you can cover with a quarter, and some three round groups you can cover with a dime. With good mounts and optics, they won't disappoint you. 0 -

For the last ten years I've touted Savage as the best off the shelf rifle. Apparently, Remington got a clue from it's constituents. Everybody I've talked to while researching these myself have said, "not only sub-MOA but mostly closer to .5 MOA."
I was researching these and came to the conclusion Remington upped it's accuracy platform standards enough that I was going to buy one in 7mm-08. They sold out before I could get one...[:(]
Bottom line: I've heard and seen enough that they are a good buy.0
