how to contact gunbroker.

Hey, Bert. Thanks for the most useful answer I have yet to come across. That is exactly what I am trying to do as I cannot seem to find any pertinent answers to my question and just end up with pre-scripted nonsense. Again and again, I find myself getting "help" from people that don't even read my question much less understand it. Again, thank you very much for your wonderful help.

    I'm sorry to read about the trouble you seem to be having with the Auction side. Unfortunately, the forums have no inside track to the Auctions at all. We have to use the same contact information and process as you do. We have no secrets or special privileges.

    The only method that I have used in the past to contact ADMIN for help in resolving a problem is to use the 'Help' button at top, right side of the opening HOME page for the Auctions.

    Select the category 'Support' and scroll to the bottom of that list to find the button that states something like 'My issue isn't listed' and select that button. Fill in the form and wait for a response.

    In defense of all of us here on the forums, again, we have no inside track or secrets. The Posting Guidelines are located at the top of every page of the forums in a link under the Gunbroker logo. The rules state clearly that the forums are not used to resolve Auction issues. These posts are supposed to be deleted by any moderator. However, exceptions get made.
