Colt 1903 and 1908

I see the Colt 1903 is a .32 caliber and the 1908 is a .380. Is that the basic difference? Is the 1903 a smaller gun than the 1908?

  same gun except the caliber. some feel the .380 is the better of the two.
  i find it interesting that the .380 was considered a hi powered pistol round and was advertised as a man stopper back then.[:)]
