Are the Mini 14 and Mini 30 stocks interchangeable?

  The short answer is yes for the factory stocks. The heat shield in the Mini 14 may have to be removed for the Mini 30.

  I took the Butler Creek folding stock off my 14 and put it on my 30 with no problem. I had to keep the original factory heat shield on the 30 though. It looks nicer than the butler creek one anyway.
