a guy is tryin to sell me a glenfield golden 50 30-30 made in 1968 and has a the deer on the stock i was wonderin what the value of this gun is, or what it would be worth thanks for ur time

Is it a lever action like the Marlin 336? If so similar value $200-$300 range. 0 -
it is lever action, an has no gold or anything on it just the wood stock and black barrel and reciever 0 -
The "golden 50" special run and the deer on the stock do not really add to the value. I agree with country farmer - it's value is as a shooter only. I wouldn't offer more than $200 for it. But then, I can't use it for hunting here in Indiana. In places where it can be used for deer, etc. it might bring more. 0 -
