What are night sights? I saw some on a SKS, big fold up thing, how do they work.

I have a set of Meprolight on my G35 and like them. They were on there when I bought the gun.

One thing I know I do like is different colored light. The one I have now is a dim red in the rear and bight green in the front. I need to get a set for my M&Pc but I have not yet.

Trijicon will refurbish your sights when the eventually quit glowing for about 1/2 the price of a new set. Meprolight never answered my emails when I asked the if they did. I have both and they both work well but I would go with Trijicon as they will be cheaper in the long run. I also like that Trijicon dates their sights.

I agree about Trijicon sights, they are my choice also. They are bright, low profile, sturdy and give an excellent sight picture... Mine came factory installed on my S&W 45, I dont know if the after market sights are exactly the same, but I'm guessing they are..

pikepole20......like anything else, you get what you pay for. I went through the same decision making process years ago for night sights for my little Glock 36. Talked to friends, read the literature, and finally decided on Trijicon. Years later they still glow strong and I am happy I paid a little more for the best. So, another + for Trijicon! Good luck!
