I've had and used one of their 10/10 models for many years. As long as I can zero it when I start reloading, never had any problems. You might consider getting a set of check weights to verify Your scales accuracy.

If you don't have access to, or want to invest in, check weights, you can always us a quality bullet of known weight (100 gr. .257, 158 .357, etc.) May be off by a 1/10 or so, but should be close enough to let you know if you're in the right ball park.

I have a beam scale that is the same way. I attributed it to my work bench being not level. It should not affect the accuracy, it does not with mine. If you want to screw the leveling foot in further, just put a washer or two under the foot to raise it.

Correct that it won't affect the accuracy - just the travel/range.
I once had to shim it up w/ a (print) magazine or 2 under the end ....
