I would definitely start at the minimum and just work my weigh up if I was you. Every rifle, powder, etc handles the loads differently.

I just recently worked up a load for the 45 grain TSX and Varget in my .22-250. Started out at the minimum and worked my way up to 1.5 grains below max before I ran out of time before my hunt. The groups were the tightest at the 37 grains(highpoint so far) that I stopped at, so I am looking forward to slowly going a little higher to see if the groups get a little tighter even. I am using magnum primers in my loads so I will probably stay at least .5 grain below the max even if I have zero signs of pressure.

I saw that data on their website. I guess they figured everyone only uses RL-15. I don't even have any.
