jk 22 long rifle

hello i have been given a hw cooey machine and ammo canuck jk 22 long riffle and have a few questions 1 i cannot find a serial # on the gun frankly not sure where it would be and gun is in really bad shape and the second i was wondering about the age of the gun it appears to be very old (yet never been taken care of either)if any one has any information i would be very appreciative. thank you blaster

    Cooey's were made in Canada. Alot of older rimfires didn't have serial numbers. It wasn't required in the U.S. until 1968.
