Polish or Bulgarian TT33 s/n series ?

I have a Tokarev frame with the S?N PA 14521 sold to me as Polish.
It has the trigger safety whose right side is captured by the take down link, unlike other Pols I have that use a retaining ring.
Anyone know if this is a Pole or Bulgarian frame?
