    Thanks for the reply USN. I assume that pic #1 is a clamp to secure the upper for barrel installing etc and I recognize pic #3 as a combo wrench. What are #2 & #4?

    #2 is a block to go into the lower receiver so you can put it in a vice and work on it.
    # 4 Is a barrel clamp so you can put the barrel into a vice and work on that if you have to.

    This is a front sight post fixture used to remove and install front sight pins

    Added:
    Make sure you get the insert (see it sticking out the rear of the upper reciever?) I'm not sure if ordering the clamp includes the insert. Important for stress relief while clamping down. Best, Joe

    armilite1015 pretty well summed it up, if you have any further "Q's", just ask, there are many here who are more than willing to help a new builder get started in the right direction.

    Some sellers don't include the insert and some do. Brownells for sure and I think Midway sell them with the insert. People selling these at gun shows usually don't.
