paper shotgun shells
I have around 1,200 win super target 12ga shotgun hulls, Can I reload them. They once fired and have been in dry place . The inside of the hull looks good. I also have about 1,200 win super speed & universal 12ga hulls. That I would like to sell.

lots of variables but value is generally what you can sell an item for at a certain time. usually I check auctions to see what stuff is selling for not waiting for buyers then I get an idea what people pay to buy and what it won't sell for and go from there based on condition and what I feel it's worth to me. 0 -
It's all about the box! Bird or dog = $$ unless you've got something from the 20's or 30's 0 -
Are you talking about boxed ammo or loose shells. As stated the box is all important. If you have an end flap missing the box is generally useless. As to loose paper ammo, roll crimp is the earlier. Most of these rounds unless something unusual are about .25 to .50 per round. If you have an odd loading or gage then they would be worth more. Early on circa 1890 to 1910 or so ammo companies like remington and winchester sold primed straight unloaded cases. If you had a business you would buy them and have them loaded and the shot cap/cover would have whatever name you wanted. Just like the old inexpensive hardware store guns. These shells are desirable to collectors. I once found a 10 gage 2 7/8" extra high brass roll crimp case in 000 Buck made for a standard firearm. I didn't think that they had 000 back then. 0
