1895 Chilean Mauser antiques ?

I've seen them advertised as antiques. Is there a way to date them by SN or are all 1895 Chilean Mausers considered antiques?

  The 95 Chilean Mausers vary by manufacturer and serial number prefix, i.e. some are antiques some aren't.
