I won an auction on GB and the seller tells me he's not the owner help!!!!!!!

  Is he refusing to ship? Has he taken your money? Does he not have the product?
  
  I have sold several things that I do not own on GB. I list them for friends. When I do this I choose to have the item in my possession and the buyer deals directly with me.
