Scope for a savage 93 .22 mag
I'm putting together a savage 93ss w/ a bull barrel for my nine year old grand daughter.I'm looking for a good scope that won't cost more than the gun.I'm hoping to find something under or around $100.00.I know there are a lot of bench shooters on this forum and will appreciate any input. Thanks,Bob

I have the Bushnell Banner 4x12 on a 22 Mag and on a Rem 597 17 HMR. The adjustable Objective is nice for closer ranges. Not a great scope but do well enough price considered. 0 -

Simmons WTC 6.5-20x50
You'll need Extra High rings for it. Adjustable focus, 30 feet to infinity, mine is clear at all magnification settings.0 -
I reviewed a .22 Mag rifle last year and used a Millett 4-12 with side focus. It was clear, crisp and mounted low. (The LAST thing you'd want for a child is an extra-high scope that takes her small face completely away from the stock.) I think MSRP is about $100. 0 -
I like Burris for the money. A 4-12 is plenty of power. 0
