Winchester70 Super Grade - New Haven

Does anyone have any information on the Model 70 Super Grades made in New Haven in the years before it closed? Cosmetically they look better (better wood, etc.), but were these guns made to a higher accuracy standard - floated barrel, pillar bedded action, etc.?

  No, they were not dressed up other than cosmetically.

  lot more money for a small piece of black wood and a comb that will crack your cheek
