Walther Model 9 feeding problem
Just bought a Walther Model 9 in .25acp. I can hand chamber a round by cycling the slide, fire the gun and it will extract the fired case. It then jams trying to chamber a new round from the clip. The clip spring seems strong, but the bullet hangs up before entering the chamber.
Any thoughts on what I can try to correct the problem? Thanks for any replies.

Old semi-autos like your Walther can be very problematical as there can be so many different things causing their malfunctions.
First thing I would try would be different types of ammo.
#2, Many times the magazine is at fault, either the lips are bent or it's not a original magazine.
#3, The extractor is either broken or not functioning correctly causing the feeding problem.
#4, The recoil spring has lost it's resiliency causing malfunctions in feeding.0
