Ok to shoot .356 bullet in 9MM?
9MM is .355. Is it ok to shoot .356 bullets in a 9MM using load data for the .355 diameter 9MM bullet as long as bullet weights are the same.

Yes, with the usual caveat to start 10% below the listed load.

In fact, despite the spec, most manufacturer's 9mm barrels actually mike out to .356.

If you are really concerned slug yor barrel with a chunk of lead or a lead cast bullet (most people that shoot lead with give you one. Then measure it. I bet you'll find out your good to go. 0 -
