Are there any single action revolvers that have the quick loading swing out cylinder as opposed to the slower loading gated cylinder?

Not a swing out cylinder but a vintage design Is the original S&W top break pistols like the No 3 single action target the No3 Russian & American Plus the military Schofield. The Schofield has been remade by S&W and I thing at least 3 Other repros from Italian Firms. 0 -
High Standard used to make a rimfire version years ago - I think it was called the "Double Nine" and although it looked like a SA recolver it was double action. I'll bet there are a few floating around the auction side of the GB site. 0
