Need an FFL to sell a Replica?

I have a CMC Japan Replica Colt 45 that I am considering selling. I am not a dealer and would like to know if regular firearm sales rules apply. Would it have to be shipped from one FFL to another?

  It is not considered a firearm. However, some localities have restrictions on toys/replicas.
