Antique Or Original Finish

I'm thinking about adding a 44 Special to my single action revolver collection. I have two in mind, a Cimmaron or a US Firearms. I've seen a revolver, I believe it was a Uberti, with the old gun look and I didn't like it at all. US Firearms say they use a different process than the other gunmakers and this process is supposed to make their guns look more authantic. I was wondering if anyone has seem both the Cimmaron and the US Fireaarms with the worn look and, if so, do you feel the US Firearms gun is worth the extra money (about double) what the Cimmaron costs? Thanks in advance to any and all who reply.

    The Connecticut-made US Firearms revolver is as good as, if not better, than an original Colt SAA. It's well worth the extra bucks.

    Actually, I'm more interested in which gun has the most realistic looking old look finish.

    I like looks of the USFA "Gunslinger". It looks like an old Colt SAA to me.
