Rumors that this gun was designed, but not produced are false.
The "Hombre" is a variant of the more popular "Double Nine" revolver with a steel frame and 4.5" barrel. Here's one:

These were never a high-end gun.
Likely sale price will of course depend on condition and finish, but I'd ballpark one in good condition at maybe $250 or so.
If you happened to have it in mint condition in the original box, it could be worth a good bit more to collectors as this particular variant isn't all that common.0 -
There were two versions of the Hombre - a blued version and a nickel version. The first year the barrels were 4.0" long and then they changed to 4.5"
There were over 16,000 Hombre's made with the blued version the more common by about a factor of 3. There are a number High Stadnard western style revolvers with lower production numbers.0 -
