Is there any method by which one can cause a Ruger non-mark to feed .22 shorts or even BB/CB caps ??

And still feed .22LRs ??

  i shoot the cci .22cb longs in my ruger. it will feed them most of the time. they will not open the action much when fired so have to be cycled by hand.

  Volquarsten makes/made a conversion kit...
  
  If you don't mind hand cycling, then just the mag from such a kit should do it for ya...
  
  Of course, as mentioned CB longs or the aguila super quiet stuff should be just as wimpy/quiet for ya...
