Trap 100 in Handgun Reloads

It's probably too fast for any but much-reduced loads in 357. It's also been discontinued long enough that there won't be many (if any) references to it in current data.

In handgun loads, however, you can use RedDot data and compare the velocity you get with what a Start RedDot load would give, and adjust from there.

Added: I just looked it up. Trap 100 is very close to 700X, and right between Red and Green Dot. Follow the advice I gave above, and you'll be fine.

I used 700-x for years for reloading shotshells and now use it for 44special and 44 magnum reloads. It seems most loads that I've found were for the larger capacity pistol cartridges.
