Ruger 22 Standard logo Question

I just picked up an old standard and looked at Ruger's timeline and it is probably about a 1952. I know they went to the black logo when Sturm died, but this one has a black bird surrounded by silver, whereas my newer standard(1982) has a logo that is a silver bird surrounded by black. Any significant difference there, or did Ruger just change their logo slightly over those years?

  Ruger changed from the black eagle to silver eagle on revolvers in 1972. I would suppose that is when they changed on the semi-auto pistol also.
