Here's another mystery magazine, 9MM 18 Shot and latches from the bottom back. ??? Not HK.

  Only gun I know of with a Heel mag release and that capacity in 9x19mm is an HK VP 70. But it doesn't look like an HK produced mag.
  
  I think the Soviet Stechkin had a similar capacity but was a 9x18mak.

  Rogak p-18. A copy of Steyr GB(with a heal type release).Imported in the 1970's by Rogak out of Morton Grove, Illinois
