Remington Ilion, N.Y. 20 GA. Barrel HELP

I came across this Remington 20 gauge barrel made in Ilion, N.Y. that has 20 GA 2 3/4 " Full Rifled stamped on it. It has some surface rust and some shallow pits from rust. I dont know much about it but to me it seems old, found it in a barn. Thanks for any information, God bless !

  Rifled shotgun barrels aren't that old. Probably less than 30 year old. Chances are it fits an 870, pictures would help. Eddie
