Vintage remington 700 question 2

For your info. I have a Remington 700 BDL in 7mm Rem mag that I purchased NIB in 1969 and it came with a blued stainless steel barrel.

  some of them came with stainless/blued barrels. Not uncommon

  I have one that was built in June of 62 with a blued stainless barrel. 1962 was first year of production.
