CARL ZEISS TLELSCOPE REPAIR?

Can anybody help me with info on a repair facility for an older Carl Zeiss telescope? It's 6 & 1/2" closed and 13" open, has brass tubes, and has a blue painted tube with black end pieces. It won't focus is the problem. Thanks. leesshop.
