Taurus 357

I just bought a taurus 357 and I can't find the model number or the serial number on the internet. I open up the revolver and the 1712 is on the frame but still can't find anything about the gun?

  I have an old Model 80 that is not marked "Model 80". I had to look for pictures of Taurus revolvers, in order to identify it. Please, post some good, clear, easy-to-see (sizewise) photographs of your gun. Pictures are the key, here. Also, who is the importer of your gun: International Distributors, Interarms, or some other company?
