    I have a british bulldog and i would like to find out what year it
    was built and cal.I no its old. There are no serial #.
    I would like to sell it but if i dont no what year it is or cal
    that is going to make it hard.

    Odds are 95% that it's a Belgian clone: Look on rear cylinder face or sometimes side of cylinder for the ELG in an oval Liege proofmark. If there's a crown on top of oval, made 1893 or later. If not, before then.

    With no photo or indication of size, it might be .32 S&W, .38 S&W, .44 Webley, or .45 Webley caliber. If you have any odd cartridges, see what enters the chambers partly or entirely.
