Enfield Cheek Piece
Hello to all.
I have an old enfield that has been messed with and I am working on making a reproduction L42A1. I have a scope mount on it but I have had a hard time finding the cheek piece to go on the stock. Any ideas as to where I can get one or should I work on doing it myself. Any info would be a great help. Thanks.

They're out right now but it is a regular catalog item, they'll get more. Very good quality, I have about 6 of the darn things on various rifles including No4 repro sniper. Also use them on M1A and other "bench only" rifles.
They used to make them in teak, which was a better match for some of the lighter grained SMLE rifles. The walnut ones now used are fairly dark and have a semi satin finish that you may want to rough up a bit to match a stock.0
