Who is the vintage colt revolver expert?
I've only been on this site for a short time but I'm amazed at the knowledge of those who frequent this site. Obviously Bert knows his Winchesters, Perry Shooter knows his 1911's. And I'm sure there are many others. Who is the resident Colt Revolver expert? Could I send you an email and ask a few questions? Thanks in advance.

Post your questions here. There are several members in here who know a bit about Colts, depending mainly on which era and model revolver you're referring to. 0 -
No expert but have had a few colt revolvers still have one.
Took a tour of the Colt original revolver works in Paterson NJ. Very interesting to see what primitive technology Samuel Colt had by the great falls.0 -

This is all that's left of the Paterson factory. Is there seriously a tour?

As JudgeColt mentioned, the Colt Forum is a great place to ask questions about all things Colt!
There are also a lot of very knowledgeable members here that can help you. Just post your questions here in a new thread and we will try our best to answer them. Knowing which model of "Colt Revolver" you have and the nature of your questions will help elicit answers.
This thread will be locked shortly after the 10th post, so you might need to start a new thread with your questions. If you have questions you would prefer to ask via E-mail, you can E-mail me through my profile and if I can't answer them I'll try to point you in the right direction.quote:Originally posted by cartod
