Colt SAA hammer rebuild

I am looking for info for a gunsmith and engraver located in Tucson, AZ that rebuilds SAA hammers with an insert system. He sold a hammer on GB #146090547 and went by "bulino66". Any help locating or info to contact would be greatly appreciated.
