Need some help with a ruger mini 30

I have looked on the auction side and found both pre and post ban guns. I dont know the difference the gun I have has a wood stock stainless barrel with factory scope mounts made into the reciever. The serial is 189-792** can anyone tell me if this gun is pre or post ban.
