    Not much can be answered from your cryptic questions. Since there are no #'s visible from the pics not much can be derived except...
    Its a old sxs 10 or 12 ga'
    Damascus style barrels meaning black powder only prior to 1900's dating.
    The design on the metal appears Euro. Probably Spanish.

    Even if you had the rest of the shotgun, it would be worth very little.

    Well if it is a Lefaucheux (Lee-FO-Shay)as your title states, it is from the old french innovator of the pin-fire. Probably from the last quarter of the 19th century. As stated, it may have little value as shown. They are not uncommon European antiques. Lefaucheux sold pin-fire revolvers to the Union Army in the U.S. Civil War.
