p17 enfield

i have p-17 enfield which is original un altered. on the side to the stock is a sticker with picture of sights and where to hold on a soldier at different yardages with out moving sights. only seen one other with this sticker any one ever seen this on knows what it might add value wise to the gun?

    Such a nice way to welcome a new member to the site! You would have made a good teacher, except you need some help with your attitude, spelling and grammar.

    njames...the proper designation for your rifle is a Model 1917 Enfield. It was derived from the P-14 Enfield, which was chambered for the 303 British. I am not familiar with such a sticker, or what value it might add to the gun. These guns were used extensively during WWII for training so it probably traces it's origins back to such an assignment.
