LAW-12 / HK 512 Plastic Parts??
I'm trying to locate a plastic / rubber part for my Franchi LAW 12.
My HK 512 has the same piece.
It is the plastic buffer ring that sits at the base of the magazine tube (goes around the tube) and covers the two screws providing a level base for the recoil spring. It has cut outs for the two screws so it sits flush on all surfaces and is about an 1/8" thick.
After 20 years it desintergrated. The spring now rests directly on the screws and metal bracket.
While it appears to function correclty it's there for a reason, just like the buffer that goes in the back of the receiver.
Any help would be apprecited.
