marlin 1895
I just bought a new Marlin 1895 in 45/70. It has the 18.5" bbl. I know Marlin has used their "Micro Groove" rifling - I thought that was no longer used in the 45/70 - am I correct?
Although I'll reload jacketed bullets, I'd like to also reload hard cast. Anyone use them & if so any problems with leading or poor accuracy?

I like marlins model 1895SBL but not the laminated furniture, now my question is will the walnut furniture off the classic 1895 or the model 444 fit the 1895SBL 0 -
butt stock will fit, forend depends on the location of the barrel band (may be different). 0
