I am thinking about buying a winchester modle 70, 300 ultra mag. It is stainless and in very good shape. It has been used, but very little. Does any body know what this gun is worth? Thank you

  Browning, and its sister division, Winchester, both marketed rifles in 300 RUM. They are few and far between, and valuable. The Winchester model 70 Classic(controlled round feed), was made by USRAC, and was available in both SS, and blued. The SS rifle was available with both a synthetic stock, and a walnut stock. In LNIB condition it is worth around $800.00-900.00.
