I would like to know what Telescopic Musket sight model 1913 that was made by the Warner & Swasey Co. is worth ?

  The 1903A1 was a WWII rifle variant, not a WWI sniper rifle.
  
  The W&S was a WWI era scope used on the US 1903 rifle, as well as the Canadian Ross rifle.
  
  Value would depend upon variation, condition, originality, completeness, & accessories. Photos might get us into the ball park, but the actual value of any rare item can vary considerably.
